{THURSDAY, AUGUST 6, 2020} I WENT BACK

 

I thought I knew it all.

I thought I was standing strong.

I thought I could do it perfectly.

I taught several people about it.

I had given different people advice on it.

I had even gathered people to train them on it.

Those who knew it and discovered that I was out of the box,

offered to teach me for free but I told them I knew it.

They came and sat me down to advise me on it,

But like a peacock,

I flaunted my achievement,

and rejected their offer.

I really believed I knew it.

It became Dawn on me that I knew nothing when the test came.

The test came when I least expected.

At this time everyone has given up on me because I was stubborn.

Stubborn and bent on not learning.

I took the test but I failed.

I failed in that same thing I thought I knew.

I failed in that same thing that I taught several people.

I failed in that same thing that people wanted to teach me.

I was pained.

I began to regret every actions I took but it was too late.

I had to go back.

Yes! I went back.

I went back to learn that which I have taught thousands of people.

I went back to learn that which I thought I knew.

I went back to learn that which people offered to teach me for free.

I went back to learn that same thing.

I was pained.

Pained that I had to pay.

Pay for what I would have gotten for free.

I was pained.

Pained that I had to waste time.

Time on something that I would have gotten for long.

The truth is, I went back!

I went back to learn,

to correct my mistakes,

to make the necessary amendments.

I went back!

{MONDAY, JULY 13, 2020 } KEEP HOLDING ON!

 

It's daybreak already but my weak body is still lying helplessly on the old bed.

I couldn't think straight because my head aches.

I try to search my mind to figure out the cause of the Headache and there it was; I had worked tirelessly at the industry yesterday.

I check my time and I knew I need to get up from the old bed immediately!

I have been trying hard for years now to put things together in my industry but it seems as though everything isn't going to work out fine.

I would be there again this morning to start-up another work!

Every Client I have gotten always complain that we don't know our job but of course I do know this thing!

I have a great passion for it. Not just passion I have also spent time to learn this thing but it seems as though all my efforts are waste!

I will be there again this morning to do all I have been doing for long without yielding results!

What's the point doing something I have tried overtime and it isn't working?

What's is the point giving myself unnecessary headache again?

What's the point wasting time and resources again?

What's the point in continuing when all hope of ever becoming successful is lost?

Before trying building this industry, I have ventured into various businesses which never yielded good results!.

I have been tagged a failure everywhere.

Even my family calls me failure!

Here are my again trying to do same time that made others call me failure.

It looks like all hope is lost.

It looks like I can never be successful!

It looks as though death is the only option!

I could not fight the tears that rush down from my eyes as I take a deep thought about my miserable life.

Just then, I heard a sound from a distant!

It's a song of a popular pastor and his family {Dr Paul Eneche Family}. It caught my attention. Just then, lyrics of the song came out so loud.

"Beyond the Cloud, the sun still shines.

 Beyond the bend, the road goes on.

 Weeping may endure the night, but Joy comes in the morning"

Those where the first words that hit me so hard!

Then this question start flowing into my heart;

Could it be that this is my night time and my morning is near?

Could this be that I'm still at the bend?

Could it be that if I endure all this, joy will come in the morning?

I was carried away pondering on this words when the second verse of the sound came in.

"With hope in God, you can make it

 With faith in him, your life is safe"

Just then, everything Begin to make sense to me; I have not included God in all I do.

I have always place my hope on my intelligence and skills.

I have given my work the place of God in my heart!

I have given Zero attention to God!

My heart was pricked!

I have missed it somewhere!

I have misplaced priorities!

Immediately, I knelt down and cry before God and ask him to forgive me.

Before I could blink my eyes twice, I felt an unusual peace from deep within me!

But this doesn't stop the struggle going on in my life and just while I was about going back into thinking about my miserable life, the third verse of the song came up.

"If you give up, you will go down

 If you loose hope, you will loose out"

Fear grip my heart as those words came.

What am I supposed to do?

If I give up I will go down, but should I continuing suffering all these trouble?

If I loose hope, I will loose out, but should I continuing doing something that has proven over the time not to work?

I was still pondering on this when the answer to my question came in through the chorus.

" So Keep Holding on

  and keep holding on

  and keep holding on and on

  So keep holding on

  And keep holding on

  There is no need to give up

  So keep holding on

  So keep holding on

Joy crept into my heart immediately the chorus ended.

So God has been using all this to prepare me for the Victory ahead.

Just then, I begin to see how near my success is.

I begin to see reasons not to give up.

I begin to see reasons to keep holding on.

I begin to see reasons to continue enduring the trouble.

Here is it! My Victory is Here!

Just then I said to myself with a loud voice; I WILL NEVER GIVE UP!

I don't know what you might be going through now, but I want to use this opportunity to tell you that God has better plan for you!

I don't know how far you have neglected God, but I want to tell you that God is willing to Accept you back as his own!

I don't know what you have been trying to do for long but hasn't been working out, but I want to tell you to listen to the still voice of the holy Spirit, saying; "Keep Holding on."

You might have been through a lot but I want to you to know that your Victory is near and the worse you can do to yourself at this time is to give up.

I have come to tell you to Keep Holding on, because beyond the cloud, the sun still shines!

So beyond that storm you're facing, your glory will soon shine and the only thing you can do to stop it is to Give up!

So Keep holding on!

...the voice of my innerman crying out for a generation of knowledgeable men 

{THURSDAY, JUNE 25, 2020} IT IS NOT ENOUGH TO KNOW!

 

We live in a world where we are all exposed to knowledge.

We all have easy access to knowledge as we can browse out and get any book we want without any stress.

The internet has been a lot of help to us.

We can build online library even in our mobile phone as book that are expensive can be gotten without having to spend much money.

All the information we need to be successful are now at our finger tips.

But it's a pity that as easy as it is to get knowledge, we still have a large number of people who are still ignorant.

As much as it's easy to get all the necessary information to be successful, we still have a large number of people who are living in mediocrity.

It seems as though, this exposure to knowledge is doing more harm than good to our world.

What could be the reason?

Many of us devour the right information with the wrong mindset.

We get the necessary knowledge but not with the right understanding.

We have a lot of people who read books and do research not to be transformed but to be informed.

Little wonder, we have a large number of people, who have read different books and can quote some of the words in the books they have read but their lives have not really changed.

We have a lot of people who read a lot but do little.

We have a lot of people who knows but fails to practice what they know.

Knowledge is good but when we fail to act on what we know, it's useless.

Ignorance is better than knowledge without actions.

Many at times we only read to gather information not because we want to be changed.

I have seen people who taught a topic in which they later become victim of.

We know too much but we act too Little.

That is one of the major problem of this generation!

Even with the unlimited access to information and knowledge, if we fail to act on what we know, we would continue to live in mediocrity.

The most awful part is that when people who knows what we do not know, wants to encourage us or impact us with knowledge, we neglect them with the mindset that we know all they want to say.

Our generation will continue to suffer and wallow in mediocrity if we fail to regard those who has gone before us.

The state of your mind when you are getting information and knowledge is very important.

Get knowledge with the intention and mindset to put them into practice, that is only when we would grow and become successful.

{MONDAY, JUNE 15, 2020} YOU NEED MONEY?

 

Every passing moment, every passing day the need for money arises.

Every man you meet, tells you how desperately they are in need of money.

You see a man looking confused and bored and when you ask him the reason for his countenance, he tells you how he is in dear need of money.

Most men goes out every morning and come back very late in the night all because they want to have money.

People take all kind of risks just because of money.

Money seems to be what every man needs to be satisfied.

Almost everyone live their lives in pursuit of money.

Many people would boldly say that they would be satisfied if they have money.

But the question is can money make you satisfied?

The satisfaction you do not get when you don't have money can not be gotten when you have money.

Satisfaction come from a sense of fulfillment and feeling of being loved.

Money is part of what bring satisfaction but it is not all that is needed. In fact, it is the least of all that is needed.

You will only be satisfied not when you get money but when you are fulfilled.

If you're not satisfied when you don't have money, you will never be satisfied when you have money.

Our main problem as humans is not money, it is lack of fulfillment.

You cannot not be fulfilled without God. So you cannot be satisfied without God.

Many of us neglect God and look for satisfaction from somewhere else.

You satisfaction can only come from God and not money.

Many people who are rich today don't have a sense of satisfaction because they are not fulfilled.

You will say, you need money ,but I will tell you what you need is God because God will bring you fulfillment and when you're fulfilled, even if there is no money, you will be satisfied.

So instead  of living all your life in search of money, Get God!

{FRIDAY, JUNE 5, 2020} IT IS NOT ENOUGH

 

My ever moving eyes caught her picture.

Her picture brought smile to my face.

Beauty is written all over her face.

Her picture brought peace within me.

I couldn't even scroll through her picture because I already felt butterfly in my belly.

I begin to see my future wife in her.

I haven't meant her before but I begin to picture how life will like holding such a beautiful person by the hand and walking her up to the aisle.

I just cannot stop imagining after seeing that picture.

She is so beautiful.

Her eyes are sparkling.

Her smiles makes me comfortable.

Remember, I have not even met her before.

I have not even seen her.

I do not even know her name.

I do not even know if she's still alive or dead.

But just as I opened my teeth smiling at the picture of this damsel before me.

A thought slipped into my heart.

Do you know that a lot of destiny has been ruined just because they were so much caught by the beauty on the face and forget to look at the inner beauty?

Do you know a lot of people have died Young because they never find peace after marrying the beautiful face of a woman?

Do you know that a lot of people are in trouble now because they were after the beauty of the woman they married?

Do you know that a lot of people will never fulfill destiny just because they marry the physical beauty of a woman?

Then I told myself, beauty will fade away, so why marry a woman because she's beautiful. When the beauty is gone, what would happen?

I told myself, I would never marry a woman just because she's beautiful on the outside.

I would rather go for a woman whose inside is beautiful cause that kind of beauty will last till the end.

I will not walk up to the aisle with a woman who has little value but is physically beautiful.

As good as physical beauty is, it is as useless as anything.

As good as physical beauty is, your choice of marital partner should not be limited to beauty alone cause facial beauty can be deceptive.

There are women who are beautiful from the inside out, this ones are rare to find. When you get someone like that cherish them.

Beauty is good but don't go into a relationship with someone because of his or her facial beauty, because you might regret it.

To the ladies, don't just work on making yourself physically beautiful but also work on your inner beauty with include your Virtue and Value.

It's not enough to be beautiful on the outside, work on you inside.

Work on your personality.

Your marriage or relationship will not work out fine because both of you are beautiful.

Beauty is good but when it is without value and virtue, it's useless.

So don't start up a relationship because of facial beauty.

Don't be carried away by his or her facial beauty that you forget to check his or her inner beauty.

Facial beauty is not enough look out for more.

{SATURDAY, MAY 9, 2020} SLOWLY SET, BEFORE SWIFTLY AIMING AT IT

 

I was seated in front of his house waiting patiently for my phone to charge up before heading home. Just then my eyes moved round and eventually caught a scene.

I saw a wall gecko setting it target and moving slowly towards an ant. After moving slowly for a while, suddenly it moves with a very high speed and caught it prey.

Sometimes, we just need to sit down and slowly set our goals and then move at a very high speed to achieve our goals.

I know you have a lot of plan you want to achieve.

I know you want to impact and bless lives with your talents and potentials

I know you're striving for relevance.

I know you want to be known for what you do and how much of the impact you have made

I know how you have a lot on your head that you need to offload.

It's truly a great desire and plan and I really Celebrate you.

But can you just patiently count the cost and make your plans.

Can you just give yourself time to get all the necessary knowledge and wisdom you need to achieve that goal of yours before jumping at it.

Can you just slowly and carefully set your target and then move with an unaltered speed towards your goals.

Sometimes, when we fail to patiently spell out our plans before going for it, we end up becoming a mediocre.

Sometimes, when we fail to look beyond the pain and slowly set our target, we end up achieving little.

Don't be too passionate about becoming relevant and forgot that every good thing requires time.

So, despite the load of potential inside of you, get quality time to patiently set your goal before going for it.

You will surely become great, if you can be patient enough to set your targets right before running at it.

{FRIDAY, DECEMBER 27, 2019} THE LETTER

 

I looked through the windows of heaven into the mysterious earth and I must say that I would not want to be there anytime soon.

If I have my way, I would just stay here without even attempting to come close to the earth but that is not in my power to decide.

I have been observing your way of life for sometimes now and I have these few words to say to you.

I know you would be the vehicle through which I would be transported from here down to the mysterious world, so I wish to bring to your notice those things that you're doing at this season that would affect my stay on earth.

Just as you were growing, your parents gave you all you desired and wanted but you choose to ignore them and do your things your own way.

Even in your foolishness you see wisdom.

You gave your education low attention and focus more on gambling with your life.

All this while, I have watched how you smile when someone of the opposite sex caresses you.

You have been in the world for more than a decade now, but you do not even care to know why you are on earth.

You spend time trying to make your body look beautiful and handsome but you care less about the real you which your body was made to host.

The other day, I weighed your value and I couldn't stop crying when I saw how valueless you were.

Till now, I have not seen anything notable that you have achieved.

You keep running away from Sacrifice but you want to be great.

How many great men have you seen without a track record of Sacrifice.

Even in my tears, I have come to beg you to take your life seriously.

If not for anybody, but for me your unborn child.

I have seen different children in the territory where you dwell and I can see them going through unnecessary trouble just because of the foolishness and mistakes of their parents.

And I must say that if you don't amend your ways even before I come to the world, I will surely experience greater trouble and problem than I have seen those children experience.

Please for my Sake, kindly take life seriously and be wise.

Pay Sacrifice.

Make notable impact.

Walk in fulfillment of purpose.

Live a life worthy of emulation.

I want to come to the world and be proud that I have a father or mother like you.

Note that, if you fail to amend your ways even before my arrival, I would be forced to ask you what you were doing when your mates were working towards and pursuing greatness.

Just for my Sake, Live right.

{MONDAY, NOVEMBER 11, 2019} WORDS ARE POWERFUL

 

One of the gift that everyone of us have gotten from God is the freedom to express ourselves either through words, signs or actions.

Even the Constitution of the country has not restricted this great gift from us as everyone has the Freedom to express themselves.

But sometimes, Freedom without adequate knowledge can put you and others around you in bondage.

A lot of people feel they can say anything they like as far as the mouth belongs to them.

A lot of people talk without first, thinking about what they are about to say.

Little wonder, many life has been bond because of the words of their mouths.

Many people are currently experiencing depression because of the words that has been said to them by another person.

Just the words has made many dead today.

Words are powerful, they're capable of making as it's also capable of destroying.

So while we are expressing ourselves through words, wisdom needs to applied in order not to make it a weapon for destruction.

Wisdom will guide you on when to talk and when not to talk. It would also tell you what to say at the right time.

Sometimes, the words we say are not the problem but the time we say them is what has brought about the pandemonium.

Wisdom is profitable to direct even down to the choice of words

Words, no matter how small they might look are powerful!!!

{WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 28, 2019} BE APPRECIATIVE

 

Your item fell to the floor and he helped you in picking it but you were too busy to say thank you.

You were in a hurry and you forgot your money even in her but she called you and reminder you that you forgot something but you felt it is not necessary to appreciate her.

People show forth different kind gesture to you but you seems not to appreciate them.

Many of us are where we are now, because we fail to appreciate people for their kind gesture.

Just saying thank you would not remove a penny even from your pocket but many people still find it hard to appreciate people.

So people go extra miles, using their time and energy just to help you but saying thank you to them is a big problem for you.

Those that once helped you and never got any appreciation in return would never be moved to help you when next they have they opportunity of doing so.

When you're thankful to people for the kind gesture they showed you yesterday, they would be moved to do more.

Saying "thank you" go a long way in encouraging to show you kindness when next they have the opportunity to do so.

Learn how to say "Thank you". It does not reduce your worth, it rather do you more good by securing your future for you by encouraging people to show you more kindness.

Nobody needs to be told again that he or she is very different from every other persons around him or her.

Even identical twins are not the same and they have different purposes on Earth.

They may look alike but their reason for existence is quite different.

Many of us are aware of this fact but I still see people everyday and everywhere trying to be like another person.

I see people everyday and everywhere, trying to change their face in order to look like others.

I see people everyday and everywhere, trying to leave their purpose for existence, chasing other people's purpose.

I see people trying to be like someone around them, neglecting the fact that we are all very different from each others.

I know that he or she is already making meaning and making money but that does not mean that; that is your own way of making meaning and money.

I know that he or she is being sort for everywhere and you also desire to be everywhere but that does not make you the same as him or her.

He or she might have been a celebrity but that does not means your own way of becoming a celebrity is the same as he's or hers.

You're different and the main reason you think that people around you are better than you is because you have failed to discover what made you different.

You have failed to discover that thing that makes you unique.

You have failed to discover that potential hidden in you.

That thing in you that makes you unique is capable of making you make meaning.

That potential in you is capable of bringing money your way if only you discover it, nurture it and make it the best it can be.

That everyone around you is getting prosperous through music does not mean you own way of getting prosperous is music.

All you need to do is to discover that thing that is so special and uniquev, that thing that only you possess.

If you fail to discover it, you might end up chasing other people's dream and thereafter come out with nothing but regret.

If you fail to discover it, you would end making some lives meaningless because their are some set of people who's success is attached to yours.

If you truly want to make meaning and money here on Earth, discover that thing that makes you different.

Discover that thing that makes you unique and special.

Discover that potential that you're loaded with.

Discover the reason for your existence.

Discover your purpose.

{SUNDAY, AUGUST 4, 2019} IT MARS JUST AS IT MAKES

 

It is quite evident that we cannot live peacefully without words.

Without words, one cannot express his or her mind to others.

Nobody, except God has the ability to know what you have in your mind, except you communicate it to them through words or other means.

Nobody knows what you want until you make it known to them through words.

So it dawn on us that words are very important.

Having known that words are important, we must not forget to stress or note the fact that words can either make or mar a person's future.

Words, no matter how light they may be, is capable of relegating a person.

Words, no matter how light they may be, is capable of lifting a person.

Thus, words should be used carefully.

We should always mind our choice of words.

Sometimes, what you are trying to communicate can be misunderstood when you don't make use of the right words.

In using words, we should not just open our mouth and say things that have not been thought about.

Just as words has made many mediocres, so also words has made many to be fulfilled.

The words you says every second is capable of making either your life or people around you and it is also capable of destroying your life and that of people around you.

Words are powerful, learn how to use them carefully.
